Update, Clyde Krog did end up having another heart attack and was admitted to the hospital for further evaluation and treatment.

Update, Clyde Krog became ill during the racing action at NCSI this evening. He was transported to the hospital and was admitted for observation. Clyde wanted to pass along that he is doing fine and thanks everyone for their support. NCSI would like to wish Clyde a speedy recovery.

ATTENTION RULE CHANGE – the USRA Hobby Stocks will be allowed to run a 7 inch bead-lock on the right rear.
NCSI had a fantastic night of racing for Running of Worthington Night. NCSI looks to continue with the great racing action this Sunday with Perkins Bakery and Restaurant and Americ Inn Lodge and Suites.

NCSI had another great Memorial Day of racing put on by the Grain Exchange in Slayton, MN. NCSI is getting ready for this week’s racing action with the Rock-Nobles Cattleman Association putting on the event, don’t forget micro-sprints will be back this weekend also.

ATTENTION RULES CLARIFICATION
Please disregard any rules changes that may have been said or rumored in regards to the USRA B-Mod carburetors. Any carburetors that were allowed to run last year or the beginning of this year will be allowed.
In the NCSI Sportsman division any wheel offset that was previously allowed to run at NCSI last year or the beginning of this year will be allowed.
If you need further clarification please contact NCSI.

The NCSI fans and drivers braved the unseasonably cold temperatures to see some great racing action at NCSI this past Sunday with Sanford Regional Hospital Worthington and the Worthington Fire Department Night. NCSI is hoping for better weather conditions this Sunday night with Wal-Mart Night at NCSI.

NCSI opened up this season with a successful Nobles County Fair Association Frost Buster. NCSI is looking to forward to Sanford Regional Hospital Worthington and the Worthington Fire Department night this coming Sunday.

NCSI would like to thank everyone for showing up for test and tune, their was around 40 cars that participated. NCSI will be starting its regular season this Sunday night presented by the Nobles County Fair Association. Come out, see the improvements and enjoy another great year of racing at NCSI.

Test and Tune now will be Wed. April 28th from 6-830. Grandstand will be free. The Back Gate will be accepting a "free will donation". Anyone in the pits will have to sign-in. Please remeber to bring your completed 2010 forms that can be accessed on the website under the Rules area.

The 2010 NCSI Sportsman rules have been amended in regards to the usage of “X-Bracing”. Also the NCSI 2010 Payout has been updated.

The NCSI Sportsmans Rules have been updated with some additional clarification. Also please remember that the various registration forms are located under the Rules section for you to fill out ahead of time.

Thank you for Cory for joining the NCSI Board. NCSI is still looking for two new board members, if interested or know someone who is please contact NCSI.
NCSI Board voted on the following items:
Darlo Mulder and his wife will be the tech inspectors at NCSI he can be contacted at 712-441-1705.
Patti McNab as secretary
Gary Prins as operation manager
NCSI will have all the same rules as last year with NCSI sanction the Hornets and Sportsmans, USRA will sanction the Hobby Stocks, B-Mods, Stockcars and A-Mods.
The NCSI Hornet class will be racing every other Sunday unless they have 10 cars then they will race the following Sunday.
NCSI will be having Mini Sprints every other Sunday also, contact Wade Huisman 712-441-5390 for details.
NCSI will be have back to back pay for a first place finish at Rock Rapids Speedway or Murry County Speedway the same weekend. A-mod $100, Stockcar $75, B-Mod $50, Hobby Stock $50, Sportsman $25 and Hornets $25.
NCSI is currently looking for help in the following locations: flagman, corner workers, ticket stand, concession stand and track preparation. Please contact any of the NCSI board members, email or call the NCSI phone if you are interested.
Please call Denny Luitjens 507-360-3825 to reserve your parking spots. Last year’s parking spots will be saved till April 1st. Then they will be available to anyone.
